| SharePoint creates
a special kind of website that is made up of Windows
ASP.Net components and 'Web Parts' which can be added
and configured by the site administrator to create a
collaborative website that perfectly fits your requirements
- be they for ongoing business or special one-off projects. |

integrated with Microsoft Office 2003 Editions which
means that the shared content of the website (documents,
lists, contacts etc) can be read and edited within Microsoft
Word 2003, Excel 2003, PowerPoint 2003, and Outlook
2003 too. You can save straight into SharePoint from
an MS Office application or open a document within an
application directly from SharePoint. |
